Many of these issues concern
what is called discipleship. Jesus spoke on the requirements of being a
disciple.
Luke 14: MKJV
26 If anyone comes to
Me and does not hate his father and mother and wife and children and brothers
and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple.
27 And whoever does not
bear his cross and come after Me, he cannot be My disciple.
28 For which of you,
intending to build a tower, does not sit down first and count the cost,
whether he may have enough to finish it;
31 Or what king, going
to make war against another king, does not first sit down and consult whether
he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty
thousand?
32 Or else, while the
other is still a great way off, he sends a delegation and asks conditions
of peace.
33 So then, everyone
of you who does not forsake all ...., he cannot be My disciple.
34 Salt is good, but
if the salt has become tasteless, with what shall it be seasoned?
35 It is not fit for
the land, nor for manure, but men throw it out. He who has ears to hear,
let him hear.

requirement details further here:

In summary then, we see that
being saved is quite different in being in the Kingdom of God.
1 Thess 2: MKJV
12 that you should walk worthy of God,
who has called you to His kingdom and glory.
Those already saved are called into the
Kingdom of God.
2 Tim 4: LITV
18 And the Lord will deliver me from
every wicked work and will save me for His heavenly kingdom; to whom be
the glory to the ages of the ages. Amen.
Oh, I know, some would say
that those saved are still in the Kingdom, but the point here is that these
people will not be in authority in the Government of God, they will lose
their desires (and perhaps their soul), and will have to take medicine
throughout eternity through the leaves of the Tree of Life.
2 Thess 1: NKJV
5 which is manifest evidence of the
righteous judgment of God, that you may be counted worthy of the kingdom
of God, for which you also suffer; 6 since it is a righteous thing with
God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you,
To enter into the Kingdom, one must suffer.
Suffering by discipleship (denying self) and by persecution. If a christian
does not suffer, he will experience fire which will salt him for the new
earth. That verse also shows that the Tribulation will fall upon the ungodly.
That the Tribulation from God is not for the believer.

These truths bring about
a completely different understanding of this scripture:
Math 24:14: And this gospel
of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all
nations; and then shall the end come.
The gospel of the kingdom is different
than the gospel of salvation:
Eph 1: NKJV
13 In Him you also trusted, after you
heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having
believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise,
The Gospel of Salvation has already been
preached to every nation.
Acts 2: NKJV
1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully
come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there
came a sound from heaven... 3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues,
as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with
the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave
them utterance. 5 And there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men,
from
every nation under heaven. 7 Then they were all amazed and marveled,
saying to one another, "Look, are not all these who speak Galileans? 8
And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born?
9 Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea
and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, 10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the
parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes,
11 Cretans and Arabs--we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful
works of God." 12 So they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one
another, "Whatever could this mean?" 14 But Peter... raised his voice and
said to them, "Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be
known to you, and heed my words.
Here in Acts 2, there were Jews in Jerusalem
from EVERY NATION. Yes that's right, every nation.
Toss out your history lessons. Mankind,
at least the Jews, were traveling the globe at this time period, at least
to those places that had nations. And so, a representative of every nation
heard the gospel preached by Peter starting in verse 14. Many of the nations
are even listed in verses 9-11. These Jews more than likely went back to
their nations to speak about this news. You can't believe it? Want more
scriptures? Ok...
Rom 10: NKJV
13 For "whoever calls on the name of
the LORD shall be saved."
14 How then shall they call on Him
in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom
they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher?
15 And how shall they preach unless
they are sent? As it is written:
"How beautiful are the feet
of those who preach the gospel of peace,
Who bring glad tidings of good things!"
17 So then faith comes by hearing,
and hearing by the word of God.
18 But I say, have they not heard?
Yes indeed:
"Their sound has gone out to all the earth,
And their words to the ends of the world."
This verse here in 18 says it went into
the all the earth/world.
Here's another verse on the subject:
Rom 1:8
First, I thank my God through Jesus
Christ for you all, that your faith is spoken of throughout the whole
world.
So the Gospel of Salvation was preached
in every nation by the time Romans was written. This was done by the disciples
and/or the Jews who heard it in Jerusalem.
Many ministries and churches are taking
this verse...
Math 24:14: And this gospel
of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all
nations; and then shall the end come.
...and are preaching the Gospel of Salvation,
thinking they are fulfilling that verse. Very few preach the Gospel of
the Kingdom. To be in the Kingdom requires more than basic salvation. If
you haven't read part 1 of the Gospel of the Kingdom:

The Gospel of Salvation has
been preached in every nation perhaps multiple times through out history.
But The Gospel of the Kingdom is finally being preached now. I believe
Paul and others attempted to do so, but were unsuccessful in reaching the
whole world. It is my vision and desire to be a part of the proclamation
of this Gospel.

I have recently discovered
(as of Oct 21, 04), that there is archeological evidence that indeed the
Jews/Israelites/Hebrews were in North America before the founding of the
United States. This evidence is in the form of a large rock with Hebrew
writing listing the 10 Commandments. This is NOT Moses' list he put in
the Ark, but simply a monument testifying to the fact the Jews indeed have
proclaimed the gospel to every nation generations ago. Here are some links
to this astounding archeological find:

The Gospel of the Kingdom
is related to the salvation of the soul. The salvation of the spirit is
what the Gospel of Salvation is about. To see the Salvation of the Soul:

Scripture points toward the
fact that this gospel will be preached in the last days.
1 Pet 1: MKJV
5 by the power of God, having
been kept through faith to a salvation ready to be revealed in the last
time;
9 obtaining the end of your faith,
the salvation of your souls.
10 About which salvation the
prophets sought out and searched out, prophesying concerning the grace
for you;
22 Purifying your souls in the obedience
of the truth through the Spirit to unfeigned love of the brothers, love
one another fervently out of a pure heart,
Dan 12: MKJV
4 But you, O Daniel, shut up the words
and seal the book, even to the time of the end. Many shall run to and fro,
and knowledge shall be increased.
Look at this quote:
About the time of
the End, a body of men will be raised up who will turn their attention
to the prophecies, and insist upon their literal interpretation in the
midst of much clamor and opposition.
-Sir Isaac Newton
So do we become christians
and continue to follow our fleshly or intellectual desires? Or do we deny
ourselves and follow Jesus and make Him our Lord and King besides being
just our Savior. Once you are under His Lordship you become eligible to
be a part in His Kingdom. If He is your Lord, then you must follow His
commands. That's what defines a lord or king, one who rules. Does Jesus
rule your life, or has He just saved it? By giving up your earthly pleasures
you will gain MUCH more rewards.
Mark 10: MKJV
29 And Jesus answered
and said, Truly I say to you, There is no man that has left house or brothers
or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands for my sake
and the gospel's sake,
30 but he shall receive
a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers
and children and lands with persecutions, and in the world to come, eternal
life.
31 But many that are
first shall be last; and the last shall be first.
Phil 3: LITV
7 But what things were
gain to me, these I have counted loss because of Christ.
8 But, no, rather I also
count all things to be loss because of the excellency of the knowledge
of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have suffered the loss of all
things and count them to be trash, that I might gain Christ
2 Cor 4: NKJV
17 For our light affliction,
which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal
weight of glory,
I call that the MLA, Momentary Light Affliction.
Some
might say, isn't this wrong to try and build a place in heaven?
Math 6: LITV
19 Do not treasure up for you treasures
on the earth, where moth and rust cause to perish, and where thieves dig
through and steal.
20 But treasure up for you treasures
in Heaven, where neither moth nor rust cause to perish, and where thieves
do not dig through and steal.
21 For where your treasure is, there
your heart will be also.
22 The lamp of the body is the eye.
Then if your eye is sound, all your body is light.
23 But if your eye is evil, all your
body is dark. If, then, the light in you is darkness, how great is the
darkness!
24 No one is able to serve two lords;
for either he will hate the one, and he will love the other; or he will
cleave to the one, and he will despise the other. You are not able to serve
God and wealth.
What Jesus is saying here,
is that its better to save up treasure in heaven, because all that you
save here on earth can be lost, but that which you save in heaven is eternal
and cannot be lost. He also says that what you have your eyes on is what
will lead your heart. Therefore the treasures of heaven are light and treasures
on earth could be darkness. If your eye and heart is in darkness then so
could the rest of you! Jesus also is saying that money is a master, and
that you can't have 2 masters. Either Jesus or money (or other earthly
treasures) will be your master (or Lord), not both.
Jesus described several kinds
of people that lose the kingdom:
Mark 4: MKJV
3 Listen! Behold, a sower
went out to sow.
4 And as he sowed, it
happened that indeed some fell by the wayside, and the fowls of the air
came and ate it up.
5 And another fell on
stony ground, where it did not have much earth. And it sprang up at once,
due to not having deepness of earth.
6 And when the sun rose,
it was scorched. And because it had no root, it withered away.
7 And another fell among
the thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.
8 And another fell on
good ground and yielded fruit, going up and increasing. And one bore thirty,
and one sixty, and one a hundredfold.
14 The sower sows the
Word.
15 And these are those
by the wayside, where the Word is sown. And when they hear, Satan comes
immediately and takes away the Word that was sown in their hearts.
16 And these are those
likewise being sown on stony places; who, when they hear the Word, immediately
receive it with gladness.
17 But they have no root
in themselves, but are temporary. Afterward when affliction or persecution
arises for the Word's sake, they are immediately offended.
18 And these are those
being sown among thorns; such as hear the Word,
19 and the cares of this
world, and the deceit of riches, and the lust about other things entering
in, choke the Word, and it becomes unfruitful.
20 And these are those
sown on good ground, who hear the Word and welcome it , and bear fruit,
one thirty, one sixty, and one a hundredfold.
Many things can stop or distract
you from the kingdom. I go into detail, the interpretation of this parable
here:
Eternal
Judgment: of the Believer
Here are the lists in the
New Testament of who cannot be in the Kingdom:
1 Cor 6: LITV
9 Or do you not know that unjust
ones will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be led astray, neither
fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals,
10 nor thieves, nor covetous ones,
nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor plunderers shall inherit the kingdom of
God.
Gal 5: NKJV
19 Now the works of the flesh are evident,
which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery,
hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions,
dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the
like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past,
that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.
Eph 5: NKJV
3 But fornication and all uncleanness
or covetousness, let it not even be named among you, as is fitting for
saints; 4 neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor coarse jesting,
which are not fitting, but rather giving of thanks. 5 For this you know,
that no fornicator, unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater,
has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God. 6 Let no one deceive
you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes
upon the sons of disobedience.
Rev 21:
27: And there shall in no wise enter
into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination,
or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Rev 22: NKJV
15 But outside are dogs and sorcerers
and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and
practices a lie.
You need to make a choice.
God gives you the freedom to choose what will fill your soul. Either by
things of the world or the things of the Spirit. Again I recommend my page

To enter in to the Kingdom of God, you
must be walking in the Spirit (the exact opposite of the lists I show above).
I discuss walking in the Spirit here:
Walking
in the Spirit
I'll leave you with these
couple of scriptures to encourage the Kingdom within you:
1 Cor 9: MKJV
23 And this I do for
the sake of the gospel, so that I might be partaker of it with you .
24 Do you not know that
those running in a race all run, but one receives the prize? So run, that
you may obtain.
25 And everyone who strives
for the mastery is temperate in all things. Then those truly that they
may receive a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible.
26 So then I run, not
as if I were uncertain. And so I fight, not as one who beats the air.
27 But I buffet my body,
and lead it captive, lest proclaiming to others I myself might be rejected.
Gal 6: MKJV
7 Do not be deceived,
God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows, that he also will reap.
8 For he sowing to his
flesh will reap corruption from the flesh. But he sowing to the Spirit
will reap life everlasting from the Spirit.
9 But we should not lose
heart in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint.
10 So then as we have
time, let us work good toward all, especially toward those of the household
of faith.
